From culture to code

SafetyLitics is led by Ali Bakhtiar Nizamani, a safety professional with two decades of international experience at Shell across Malaysia, the USA, Oman and the Netherlands. As a senior HSSE leader on a USD 1B+ venture (Block 10, Oman), Ali built an end-to-end HSSE management system from the ground up and steered its governance through the assurance gate reviews that enabled Final Investment Decision. He founded a national Oil & Gas Senior Safety Leadership Forum, led human-performance and behavioural safety programmes across 15+ countries, and has trained over 1,000 leaders — earning four Shell Group CEO HSSE Award nominations along the way.

Ali is a lifelong self-taught developer who has independently built and shipped safety software throughout his career — including platforms deployed enterprise-wide at Shell.
